Believe it or not –the snow and ice has left us and the wonderful little plants that were hiding underneath are beginning to emerge from their winter rest just in time for spring blooms. This year the Groton Garden Club Annual Plant Sale will be held on Saturday May 11, 2019 at the Groton Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
This is a perfect opportunity to select just the right plant for Mother’s Day, which falls on the following day. Again, this year there will be a huge selection of culinary herbs, fabulous perennials from members gardens, and experts to help select plants for sunny or shady locations. As always, the delightful selection of plants will make perfect presents for Mother’s, Grandmother’s, Aunt’s and even for yourself.
Come at opening time for the best selection and variety as this is a very popular event.
