Bid specifications can be obtained electronically by email request to Highway@grotonma.gov or by calling (978)448-1162.
Proposals must be received by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 31st, 2025
The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, and to reject any and all bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the town.
