In partnership with the Montachusett Regional Planning Commission (MRPC) and the Northeast Connecticut Council of Governments (NECCOG), the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) is beginning the second phase of the Worcester MA-CT Metro Area’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG): the development of the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP).
