Nomination Papers are Available January 23, 2024
The Annual Town Election will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
Nomination papers for Groton’s elected offices are available as of Tuesday, January 23, 2024, in the Town Clerk’s Office. Almost all elected offices have an expiring term. A complete list of openings is available at www.grotonma.gov. Look under the tab Government > Election Information > Town Election Nominations
The last day to request nomination papers is Friday, March 1, 2024 by 5:00 PM. The last day to submit nomination papers is Tuesday, March 5, 2024 by 5:00 PM.
You must obtain 50 signatures of registered voters in Groton. Please contact the Town Clerk’s Office at 978-448-1100 or townclerk@grotonma.gov if you have questions about running for an elected office and/or the process.
