Due to a decline in appointment uptake in recent weeks, the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health have amended the operating hours for the Covid-19 vaccine/booster clinic. The dates of February 16, 2022 and February 23, 2022 will now operate from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM instead of the original 1:00 PM to 5:00PM.
- What: Pfizer (age 12+) or Moderna (age 18+) COVID-19 vaccine for primary series or booster dose. Flu vaccine also available.
- When: Wednesdays in February- 2/16/22 and 2/23/22, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (new time)
- Where: St. Anthony Church Hall, 33 Chapel street, Shirley, MA 01464
- Eligibility: Eligible community members must either be completing their primary vaccine series OR have had their final Pfizer or Moderna vaccine in the primary series at least 5 months prior to a booster, OR their single dose J&J vaccine at least 2 months prior to getting a booster shot.
- What to bring: photo ID, COVID-19 vaccine card, and health insurance card (if you have them; if not, don’t worry, please attend anyways)

Nashoba Associated Boards of Health is pleased to offer several dates for the COVID-19 booster clinic! We will be providing the Pfizer COVID-19 booster vaccine for members of our community who are 12+ years of age. Eligible community members must either be completing their primary Pfizer series OR have had their final Pfizer vaccine in the 2-dose series 6 months prior to a booster, OR their single dose J&J vaccine at least 2 months prior to getting a booster shot.
- What: COVID-19 vaccine primary series or booster dose (Pfizer)
- When: Wednesdays, February 2, 2022, February 9, 2022, February 16, 2022, and February 23 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Where: St. Anthony Church Hall, 33 Chapel street, Shirley, MA 01464
- Eligibility: People age 12 and older can receive Pfizer vaccine for their primary series doses OR as a booster.
- What to bring: photo ID, COVID-19 vaccine card, and health insurance card (if you have them; if not, don’t worry, please attend anyways)
