As required by M.G.L. Chapter 41, Sections 10 and 11, there exists a vacancy on the Town of Groton Board of Health. All interested individuals shall complete an online Committee Interest Form by 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Committee Interest Forms can be found online at https://www.grotonma.gov/government/boards-and-committees/committee-interest-form/.
The appointment to fill said vacancy shall be in a joint session with the Select Board and the remaining Board of Health Members at a Select Board Meeting on Monday, September 20, 2021. This appointment to the Board of Health will be effective through the May 2022 Annual Town Election. The chosen candidate would need to run for the remainder of the unexpired term which would run through the May 2023 Town Election.
