Friendly Reminder from the Building Dept and Historic Districts Commission:

If you live within the Historic Districts of Town and are planning any work that will be visible from the public street (addition, siding, fences, etc.) per Town Bylaw, you must apply for and receive approval from the Historic District Commission prior to this work being done. If you have any questions about whether your home is located within the Historic Districts or would like an understanding of the process, please contact the Building Dept at 978-448-1109 and we can gladly assist you.
